FAQs

  • Once you have decided that Wingmom is a great fit for your family we will set you up with an intake interview to go over your specific needs and expectations. Then you will be paired with and introduced to your Wingmom to review pertinent details and the required duties of the service; upon request, this can take place during an in person meet and greet.

  • Wingmom/dad strives to be punctual but your appointment time is an estimated window. Your Wingmom/dad could arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to or after the appointment time and, in this case, will attempt to call you with their eta. If your Wingmom/dad is running more than 30 minutes behind schedule, you can either mutually agree to reschedule or you can cancel your appointment without incurring any additional fees.

  • Yes. Wingmom/dad can assist you with services both in your private residence as well as in your business space.

  • Yes. Should you decide to add additional jobs other than originally scheduled, we may have to add on additional time, bring in additional staff and/or schedule an additional date. All of these instances will change the original service plan that was created and a new service plan will be provided.

  • In the case of any damages or unsatisfactory works, clients will have a one week window in order to submit a formal review. At that time, Wingdad will conduct an investigation into the matter and do everything necessary to remedy the issue.

  • Wingmom uses their own tools and supplies when conducting our services. During your intake interview you will be asked about the different materials in your home to determine which types of cleaning supplies will be best. If there are specific cleaners you want used, please make them available for use during the service.

  • Yes. Upon request Wingmom can include throw rugs and small room carpet cleaning in your service. For larger rooms, an additional fee may be included. Please discuss your carpet cleaning needs during your intake so we can provide an accurate service price as well as come prepared with the appropriate supplies. Carpet cleaning may not be available in all service areas.
